Since 2015, ThriveWorx, Thrive Farmers’ sister 501(C)(3), has supported over 220 unique impact projects with local leaders, serving over 60,000 people across 41 communities in Guatemala and Costa Rica. Every project empowers local leaders to drive transformation in their communities, from youth leadership programs to clean water initiatives. 

Our guiding principles are simple: 

• We invest in local leaders since they know their communities best. 
• We avoid creating dependency by aligning philanthropy with economic opportunity. 
• We focus on excellence by collaborating with world-class organizations to maximize results. 

But there’s so much more to be done.  

We have more opportunities to raise leaders and transform communities than our current resources allow, and we’re looking for others to join us in funding some of this work.

We’re seeking: 

• $50,000 by year-end 2024  
• $150,000 in commitments towards 2025 projects
