As a youth pastor, psychologist, and musician, Adriel is part of the ThriveWorx leader network. What we love about him is that his leadership isn't from a distance. It's through everyday conversations, heartfelt prayer, and simply showing up for the young people in his community.
Adriel understands the spiritual and emotional weight many of these teens and young adults carry, and his heart is to help them encounter God in a real way, discover their purpose, and build lives anchored in faith.
That is why he started Generación Vida.

Generación Vida is a place where young people are known personally and where faith is developed through relationships, trust, and consistency. Adriel and his team have created spaces for worship, conversation, mentoring, and discipleship, all built on the belief that genuine transformation happens when people are truly seen and heard.
The ministry is already growing. A committed youth team leads weekly gatherings, and one-on-one mentoring has become the foundation for honest conversations and personal growth. Adriel's vision is to see young people develop in faith and maturity until they're ready to invest in others the way someone invested in them.
Adriel leads through hospitality and listening, and that consistency matters more than most people realize.
He sees a real urgency in his community. Many teens and young adults are searching for identity and purpose, disconnected from faith, family, and any real sense of direction. But Adriel doesn't focus on the problems. He focuses on the potential. This is a generation worth believing in.
