Since 2011, Thrive Farmers has been at the forefront of revolutionizing the coffee and tea supply chain with their farmer-direct model. Realizing that farmers often face economic challenges within the complex supply chain, Thrive sought to go beyond the conventional boundaries to provide fair wages and build genuine relationships with farmers.
By bringing farmers to market as our partners, not just our suppliers, we were able to create more sustainable income and opportunities for them, which meant they could create more sustainable businesses and futures for themselves and their families.
In a desire to make an even broader impact beyond the farm, the ThriveWorx foundation was born. As the private operating foundation of Thrive Farmers, ThriveWorx aims to inspire, resource, and connect local leaders across Latin Amercia to accelerate their impact as the seek to cultivate change within their communities.

Full of energy, friendships, and moments that remind every child they matter. All week long, kids are laughing, playing, and discovering what it feels like to be seen, known, and loved.
