Since 2014, ThriveWorx has empowered over 60,000 individuals across 41 communities in Guatemala and Costa Rica through more than 220 unique impact projects. From youth leadership programs to clean water initiatives, our locally led, market-driven, and globally-resourced approach has initiated sustainable change.

Our goal is to raise $250,000 to accelerate impact over the next decade.
As of now, we've raised $71,500, with additional pledges underway. Your support will enable us to expand programs and accelerate children, teens, teachers, leaders, and farmers alike. Your contribution brings us closer to empowering the next wave of leaders and communities.

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
On May 8, 2025, we gathered at Bishop Station in Atlanta to commemorate this 10 year milestone. The evening featured live jazz, inspiring stories, and performances by comedian Andrew Stanley and Grammy Award-winning singer Mac Powell.
