LEADER NETWORK
ThriveWorx partners with local leaders in coffee-farming communities across Costa Rica and Guatemala, leaders who know their neighbors, understand their culture, and have a vision for change. We equip them with coaching, tools, and connections to turn that vision into reality, then step back so they can own the transformation. The result? Sustainable, community-led solutions that restore dignity and create lasting impact.
OUR PROGRAMS
Our Programs bring together the relationships, resources, and practical support that make long-term community transformation possible. Rather than one-size-fits-all solutions, we design and support initiatives that are shaped around local realities and the leaders already doing the work on the ground.
Each program is built in partnership with trusted community leaders and organizations, combining coaching, tools, and collaborative learning so they can strengthen what already exists and address what’s missing. The goal is simple: equip people close to the work, then step back so sustainable, locally owned change can grow and last.

An incredibly moving moment at our annual Camp Training event.
After 3 years of training and support, three of our partner communities stepped into ownership. What began with shared leadership is now carried by leaders who know their people, love their kids, and are committed for the long haul.
We celebrated, we prayed, and "passed the baton."
This is what multiplication looks like. Leaders empowered and communities shaping their own future.
And the impact is just getting started.
