Since 2011, Thrive Farmers has been at the forefront of revolutionizing the coffee and tea supply chain with their farmer-direct model. Realizing that farmers often face economic challenges within the complex supply chain, Thrive sought to go beyond the conventional boundaries to provide fair wages and build genuine relationships with farmers.
By bringing farmers to market as partners, not just suppliers, Thrive was able to create more sustainable income and future opportunities for them and their families. These genuine relationships of mutual care and trust are the bedrock of the business.
From a depth of relationship created by serving farmers, ThriveWorx foundation was born in response to the invitation to serve communities beyond the farm.
As the private operating foundation of Thrive Farmers, ThriveWorx seeks to integrate the skills of business leaders, nonprofits, and local organizations with local leaders who know their communities best. By combining relationships with resources and expertise, impact is accelerated and communities flourish.

What started with serving at a community camp became something much bigger.
Through leadership development and years of investing in children and families, Sindy discovered how God had uniquely equipped her to serve her community. Today, her leadership is helping strengthen families and create new opportunities for children and youth in La Guaracha.

In our second week of camps in La Pradera de La Guácima, we were reminded that real impact begins with simple moments of connection. Children love the activities, but they are influenced most by the people who see them as individuals.
We love watching volunteers create space for kids to experience new things, build friendships, and simply feel cared for. They get to see potential in children who face significant challenges, learn the importance of compassion, and witness firsthand how even a small act of personal attention can help a child begin to open up and experience moments of joy in a way that feels different and lasting.
Camps are fun and the kids love it!!! But camps has become one of the most significant platforms for members of the community to lead and serve the next generation. It`s a stage where people begin to see their talents and step into leading others well.
As community members see their potential, they become agents of change and transformation.
