THRIVEWORX CORE PROGRAMS
LEADER SUMMIT
Leader Summit is the starting point of the ThriveWorx Redemptive Leader journey, bringing together emerging and established leaders to invest in their personal growth, leadership, and community impact. The event creates space to step away from daily responsibilities and engage in spiritual formation, leadership development, and intentional reflection alongside peers, mentors, and global partners. Participants are equipped to clarify their calling and begin designing a practical, context-driven project that they carry back into their communities, setting the foundation for long-term impact.
CAMP TRAINING

Camp Training is an annual gathering that brings together leaders from communities across Costa Rica who are running or preparing to run local camps. It is a space to celebrate what is already taking place while equipping leaders for the upcoming season with practical tools, structure, and the introduction of the year’s camp theme. In partnership with WinShape Camps, leaders learn from one another through shared experience and best practices, strengthening their ability to build and replicate camps in their own contexts.
COMMUNITY CAMPS
ThriveWorx Camps are community-based youth camps developed in partnership with WinShape Camps. They create a fun, safe, and high-energy environment where young people experience belonging, mentorship, and personal growth. Led by trained community teams, the camps combine recreation with intentional moments of character development and spiritual encouragement, helping youth build confidence, form healthy relationships, and envision a better future for themselves and their communities.
FINANCIAL LITERACY & STEWARDSHIP
This is a one-day training designed to help individuals and families take practical first steps toward financial health and stability. Developed in partnership with Crown Financial Ministries facilitators and local community leaders, the seminar encourages wise stewardship, healthy financial habits, and long-term growth. The program helps participants build a strong foundation for their families and future while connecting them with ongoing resources for continued support.

In our second week of camps in La Pradera de La Guácima, we were reminded that real impact begins with simple moments of connection. Children love the activities, but they are influenced most by the people who see them as individuals.
We love watching volunteers create space for kids to experience new things, build friendships, and simply feel cared for. They get to see potential in children who face significant challenges, learn the importance of compassion, and witness firsthand how even a small act of personal attention can help a child begin to open up and experience moments of joy in a way that feels different and lasting.
Camps are fun and the kids love it!!! But camps has become one of the most significant platforms for members of the community to lead and serve the next generation. It`s a stage where people begin to see their talents and step into leading others well.
As community members see their potential, they become agents of change and transformation.
