2025 has been a meaningful year us at ThriveWorx. It's been a year of significant transition and exciting growth. But, in it all, our mission remains focused: engaging the heart of influential leaders to cultivate redemptive change in their communities.

This year, we watched that mission come alive as

• 25 leaders gathered for our annual Leader Summit,
• Over 1,200 children experienced transformative camps through our WinShape partnership
• More than 1,100 teachers were trained in financial literacy to reach 27,000 students.
• We launched two new partnerships—DYNAMIS for sports leaders and Foundations for the Family
• Brought clean water access to over 2,000 families in Guatemala.

All of this builds on a decade of work that began with a simple desire to serve the farmers and families behind the coffee.
